  • - Olive oil for the sauce - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - Sour cream - 100 g.

Instructions

Step 1

You must first cook the corn porridge. To do this, boil two and a half glasses of water, also do not forget to add salt there to taste and pour the cereal there in a thin stream. Remember to constantly interfere. It should cook for 20 minutes. After it has cooked, it needs to be cooled.

In the meantime, the porridge is cooling, grate the cheese and butter.

Step 3

When the porridge has cooled down, you can now make cakes from it. And do not forget to put the filling inside the cake. These will be grated cheese and butter.

Roll up a few balls and place them in a pre-greased mold. Each ball should contain butter. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. They will be there for 15 minutes. Then remove them from the oven.

Step 5

Now prepare the sauce. It requires parsley and garlic. They need to be chopped very finely. Mix all ingredients and add one tablespoon of olive oil. Also, there should be two tablespoons of boiling water. Salt is added to taste.

Step 6

Place the koloboks on a platter. Top with butter.
