Ingredients:

  • 1 large chicken breast;
  • 2 raw chicken eggs;
  • 200 g corn flakes;
  • 100 g of oil for frying;
  • spices with salt to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces the size of a small cutlet.
  2. Put in a deep saucepan or just a bowl. Add salt and any spices you deem necessary for the preparation of this dish. These can be individual herbs, various mixtures of seasonings, such as Provencal herbs or hops-suneli, you can also take just one universal seasoning with salt and smear chicken pieces with it.
  3. Break chicken eggs into a deep plate or salad bowl, mix them into a uniform consistency with a fork or whisk. You can add a little salt to the egg mixture.
  4. Place the specified amount of cornflakes on another plate. Before you roll fillets in them, they should be chopped. This can be done directly on the plate by wrinkling it with your hands. Alternatively, you can grind in a blender bowl, but not into a powder.
  5. The container in which we will fry the fillets, heat on the stove, pour oil, you do not need to spare it, you can even pour more than indicated in the recipe list.
  6. While the oil is heating, we will deal directly with the meat: dip each piece of chicken breast completely into the egg mixture, and then quickly transfer it to a plate with cornflakes, roll a piece of fillet from different sides so that the flakes stick to the maximum.
  7. Put the boneless pieces in a frying pan and fry on both sides until cooked.
  8. Put the finished fillet on a napkin so that the glass has excess oil.
