The recipe for chicken and ham rolls has practically nothing to do with Japanese cuisine. However, the ingredients used and the way they are prepared are somewhat similar to the process of making classic rolls.
It is necessary

Step 1
Boil the chicken in lightly salted water (about 20-25 minutes). Cut the chicken fillet into small strips and fry in a pan greased with vegetable oil. At the end of frying, pour a small amount of soy sauce into the pan.

The dough for making pancakes is prepared according to the most ordinary recipe - in a separate bowl you need to mix flour, eggs, milk, soda, butter and salt.
Step 3
Put one pancake on bamboo makis. Put the ready-made sushi rice on top and distribute over the entire surface of the pancake, pressing on it with your hand.
Step 4
Put the filling of chicken pieces, ham strips, avocado slices and Philadelphia cream cheese on the surface with the rice.
Step 5
Wrap the roll with bamboo makis. Remove uneven edges with a kitchen knife, and cut the pancake itself into several identical pieces. Before serving, the chicken and ham rolls must be sprinkled with unagi sauce.
