To prepare casseroles you will need:

- pear (apple) - pcs;

- sunflower oil.

Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve or scroll through a meat grinder (if time is limited, you can skip this item), put it in a bowl. Peel the banana, cut into pieces and knead with a fork in mashed potatoes, transfer it to a bowl of cottage cheese. Add the egg, yogurt (can be replaced with low-fat sour cream), sugar and using a mixer, beat the ingredients into a homogeneous mass. If you have a blender, you can use it.

Wash the pear (apple), peel and cut into small pieces, spread the fruit to the curd mass.

Grease the baking dish with sunflower oil, put the resulting mass in it and put it in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees. We bake the dessert for 35 - 40 minutes. We take out the casserole from the mold only when it has cooled down, cut into pieces and serve.
