It is necessary
- - 400 g of cottage cheese;
- - 4 ripe bananas;
- - 2 tbsp. cane sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. decoys;
- - 2 tbsp. bran;
- - 2 tbsp. flax;
- - 2 tbsp. granulated blueberry jelly.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind flax in a coffee grinder or kitchen processor. Grind the bran to make the finished product more tender.
Step 2
Bananas are also processed into mashed potatoes using the processor. Add cottage cheese and cane sugar and blend until smooth. If your curd is grainy, I recommend rubbing it through a sieve: then the consistency of the finished dish will resemble the most delicate cheesecake!
Step 3
Add flax, bran, jelly in granules and semolina to the banana-curd mixture. To stir thoroughly.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line the detachable form with baking paper or grease with vegetable oil (if baking in silicone, just sprinkle it with water). Put the mass in the form and send to the oven for half an hour. Let cool slightly in the pan and serve! It is also good not only warm, but also chilled, so it can be made in the evening for breakfast. If your family is not on a diet, sprinkle the baked goods with powdered sugar (like in the title photo) or pour over condensed milk.
