It is necessary

  • - minced meat - 300 g;
  • - hard cheese - 50 g;
  • - eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • - milk - 130 ml;
  • - vegetable oil - 6 tablespoons;
  • - soda - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • - salt - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • - wheat flour - 8 tablespoons;
  • - sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons;
  • - dill - 1 bunch;
  • - parsley - 1 bunch;
  • - green onions - 1 bunch.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat one raw chicken egg separately and add sunflower oil and salt to it. After mixing everything well, pour the milk there. Mix the resulting mass with a dry mixture, which consists of wheat flour sifted together with soda.

Step 2

Grind the hard cheese with a fine grater and add it to the bulk. Turn the resulting mixture into a homogeneous mixture, stirring it properly. The meat bun dough is ready.

Step 3

At the bottom of the pre-prepared silicone molds, first put chopped green onions. Then place small balls rolled from the finished minced meat on it. Sprinkle chicken eggs on this mass, having previously cooked hard-boiled and kneaded with a fork.

Step 4

Place the resulting dough on the meat filling laid out in the molds, evenly distributing it over the entire surface.

Step 5

Rinse the dill and parsley thoroughly under running water, then dry. Finely chop these greens with a knife, then pour them onto the surface of future meat buns along with sesame seeds.

Step 6

Send the molds with the mass laid out in them to the oven. Bake the dish at 200 degrees. It is difficult to say the exact cooking time of baked goods, as it will depend on the size of the molds in which it is cooked. On average, meat buns should be baked for 25-30 minutes.

Step 7

Remove the finished and browned pastries from the oven. Let it cool, then serve. The meat buns are ready!
