Making a carrot roll is quick and easy. It takes only half an hour to prepare this dietary meal.

Step 1
Peel the carrots and grate finely. Separate the egg whites from the eggs and beat well with a little salt. Beat the egg yolks thoroughly with sugar and lemon juice. Then add the grated carrots and almonds. Add baking powder and whipped protein mass to the flour.
Step 2
Put the finished dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Place in a preheated 180 ° oven for about 15 minutes, until the dough is golden brown. While the cake is baking, prepare the cream. To do this, thoroughly mix soft cheese, cottage cheese, sugar flour, vanillin and lemon juice in a bowl. As soon as the cake is ready, we take it out along with the parchment. We distribute the cream on the prepared cake. In this case, you need to leave a small amount of cream (about 1/4) to grease the roll on top. When the cream is evenly distributed, the hardest part remains. It is better to roll the roll up with a towel. This must be done carefully so that the roll does not break.
