A salad that is not at all time consuming to prepare, but at the same time it is distinguished by a very effective serving. "Medeo" in its composition and design resembles the rather famous salad "Chafan", and thanks to the interesting serving it can be safely served on the festive table. For serving, it is convenient to use a large flat dish or a round dish.

It is necessary

  • - 350-400 g chicken fillet

  • - 1/2 small fork of Chinese cabbage
  • - 1 large juicy carrot
  • - 1 large raw beet
  • - 1 onion
  • - mayonnaise

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion and chop thinly into half rings. Place in a deep plate, pour in warm boiled water, stir in a little vinegar essence. Let the onion marinate for a while in the resulting solution.

Step 2

Rinse the chicken fillet under running water, place in a saucepan with water, bring to a boil, remove the foam with a slotted spoon. Salt and boil the meat until cooked through. Then cool and cut. Optionally, you can cut the raw fillet into strips and fry with spices in vegetable oil, but then the dish will turn out to be more high-calorie.

Step 3

Prepare homemade fries by cutting the fries into long sticks and sautéing them in a lot of oil. You can also use store-bought pre-made fries.
