It is necessary

  • - 350-400 g chicken fillet
  • - 200 g of French fries
  • - 1/2 small fork of Chinese cabbage
  • - 1 large juicy carrot
  • - 1 large raw beet
  • - 1 onion
  • - mayonnaise
  • - vinegar essence
  • - salt

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion and chop thinly into half rings. Place in a deep plate, pour in warm boiled water, stir in a little vinegar essence. Let the onion marinate for a while in the resulting solution.

Rinse the chicken fillet under running water, place in a saucepan with water, bring to a boil, remove the foam with a slotted spoon. Salt and boil the meat until cooked through. Then cool and cut. Optionally, you can cut the raw fillet into strips and fry with spices in vegetable oil, but then the dish will turn out to be more high-calorie.
