Garlic oil can be used to spice up any dish. I offer you the simplest recipe for its preparation. Such oil can be used not only for dressing dishes, but also to eat it, spread on bread.
It is necessary
- - garlic - 1 head;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
- - salt - 2 teaspoons;
- - greens to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Taking a head of garlic, carefully cut off the top of it with a knife. As such, place the garlic on a baking dish, pour olive oil over it and put it in the 200-degree oven for one quarter of an hour. Remember to cover the vegetable with cling foil.
Step 2
Remove the butter from the refrigerator compartment and let it sit at room temperature until softened. Once it is soft, gently cut it into medium-sized pieces with a knife, then transfer to a blender bowl and whisk well.
Step 3
Take out the baked garlic, squeeze out its contents and add, along with the olive oil in which it was baked, to the whipped butter. Add salt with any finely chopped herbs there. Beat everything with a blender, as it should.
Step 4
Transfer the resulting mass either to a plastic bag or to cling film and carefully wrap it like a roll. In this form, send the garlic oil to the refrigerator. There it should remain until the moment it completely solidifies.
Step 5
When the mass has solidified, you can take it out of the refrigerator and use it as you wish. The garlic oil is ready!
