Shrimp can be a great appetizer or a great main course when served with an extra side dish.

- 1 bunch of parsley
- 100-125 g softened butter
- ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 12 giant shrimp
- 1 small lemon

Step 1
We peel the cloves of garlic, then chop coarsely, sprinkle with salt and press in some small container. Finely chop the washed dried parsley and set aside 1 tablespoon from this amount. Mix the butter with the garlic, the rest of the parsley, pepper and lemon juice. Separate half of the mixture and grease the heat-resistant form.
Step 2
We wash the shrimps, clean, remove the heads. We also remove the black tourniquet of viscera. The shrimp must be dried and put in a mold. Distribute the second half of the mixture on top. Preheat the oven. Then bake over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Step 3
For serving, cut lemon into slices and divide them in half. Serve the shrimp with the rest of the parsley and lemon slices.
