Sweet casserole is used as a dessert or a light afternoon snack, but there are also admirers of more high-calorie masterpieces. The calorie content of the recipe provided is increased by beans, which are combined with tender boiled chicken and mashed potatoes. An integral part of such a casserole is the "head" of hard cheese, which gives the finished dish an attractive and appetizing look.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of chicken meat
- - 10-12 potato tubers
- - 45 g of milk
- - 1 tbsp. white beans
- - 1 egg (protein)
- - 150 g of hard cheese
- - 10 g butter for mashed potatoes
- - salt
Instructions
Step 1
Place the beans in cold water for five hours.
Step 2
Boil the chicken pieces for about 40 minutes and separate the meat from the bone.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes until tender, salt and mash in mashed potatoes, adding milk and butter.
Step 4
Lay a saucepan or deep frying pan with foil and put a thick layer of mashed potatoes on the bottom, on top of which place boiled chicken meat.

Boil the beans for 50 minutes, pour in an even layer on the meat.
Step 6
Whisk the egg whites and pour into a saucepan.
Step 7
Grate the cheese using a coarse grater and sprinkle the casserole on top.

Place the stewpan in a hot oven (180˚C) and bake until a light crust forms. Consume hot.
