  • - 400 g of chicken meat
  • - 10-12 potato tubers
  • - 45 g of milk
  • - 1 tbsp. white beans
  • - 1 egg (protein)
  • - 150 g of hard cheese
  • - 10 g butter for mashed potatoes
  • - salt

Instructions

Step 1

Place the beans in cold water for five hours.

Step 2

Boil the chicken pieces for about 40 minutes and separate the meat from the bone.

Boil the potatoes until tender, salt and mash in mashed potatoes, adding milk and butter.
