It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 260 g flour;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 2 tsp soda;
  • - lemon juice;
  • - 2 tbsp. honey;
  • - 200 g of sugar;
  • - 100 g margarine.
  • For the cream:
  • - 500 g of fatty sour cream;
  • - 200 g of sugar;
  • - 2 tbsp. vanilla sugar.
  • For decoration:
  • - waffle crumb.

Instructions

Step 1

Let's start with making the dough: put the margarine in a saucepan, after cutting it into small cubes, add 2 tablespoons of honey and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove the mixture from the stove and cool to room temperature.

Step 2

Separately, using a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar into a fluffy mass. Add the cooled honey-oil mixture to the eggs and mix again until smooth.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Prepare 3 baking sheets, each lined with baking paper.

Step 4

Sift the flour to the liquid mixture. Quench the baking soda in a spoon with lemon juice or vinegar and add to the rest of the ingredients, beat well again.

Step 5

Divide the dough into 3 parts. Spread each on baking paper with a spoon. Send the baking sheets to the oven for 20-25 minutes. Cool the finished cakes and layer with cream.

Step 6

While the cakes are baking, do the cream. To do this, beat the sour cream with sugar until the latter dissolves. Add vanilla sugar, stir again and refrigerate for about 30-40 minutes.

Step 7

Smear the finished cakes with cream, decorate the cake with waffle crumbs and refrigerate for several hours, or better overnight, so that the cakes are soaked.
