- For lasagna in the microwave:
- dough:
- 300 g flour for 3 sheets;
- 3 eggs;
- salt.
- To cook the dough:
- 4 liters of water;
- 1 tbsp. l. salt;
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
- For minced meat:
- 150 g minced meat;
- 1 tomato;
- 2 bell peppers;
- 1 head of onion;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tbsp. l. mashed tomatoes;
- 50 g of hard cheese;
- 150 ml of milk;
- 100 ml unsweetened yogurt;
- ground red pepper;
- ground black pepper;
- dried basil;
- salt;
- olive oil.
- For mushroom lasagna:
- 200 g instant lasagna noodles:
- 100 g grated mozzarella cheese;
- 1 kg of ground beef;
- 1 onion;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 200 g canned champignons (without liquid);
- 30 g butter;
- 60 g tomato paste;
- 240 g Bolognese sauce.
- For the cheese sauce:
- 125 g grated cheese;
- 90 g butter;
- 50 g flour;
- 440 g of milk.
Instructions
Step 1
Microwave Lasagne Wash eggs, break into a bowl, salt, add sifted flour, knead to a soft elastic dough, add water if necessary. Roll the dough into a ball, cover with a damp towel, leave for 1 hour, roll out thinly on a floured board, cut the cakes of the desired size out of it.
Step 2
Salt water, add vegetable oil, bring to a boil, put plates of lasagna 3-4 at a time in a saucepan and cook until half cooked. Place on a towel to dry the dough.
Step 3
Peel, wash and finely chop the onions and garlic, mix with minced meat, put in a microwave oven, salt and pepper, cook under a lid in the microwave for 4 minutes at 650-850 watts. Chop the tomatoes and bell peppers very finely, mix with mashed tomatoes (or tomato paste) and dried basil, add the mixture to the finished mince.
Step 4
Mix milk and yoghurt until smooth, pepper, salt, add basil to taste. Lubricate a microwave dish with olive oil, pour a little sauce on the bottom, put a lasagna leaf on the sauce, and a third of the filling on top.
Step 5
Continue alternating between the lasagna sheets and filling until you run out, remember to pour sauce over each dough sheet. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater, sprinkle with lasagne, pour over the rest of the sauce. Place in the microwave and cook for 10-15 minutes at 650-850 watts.
Step 6
Lasagne with mushrooms Peel the onion, chop finely, fry in oil for 1-2 minutes at maximum power, add the minced meat, continue to fry for 7-9 minutes at 70% power, stirring every minute. Drain off the fat, wash and chop the mushrooms, crush the garlic. Add tomato paste, bolognese sauce, chopped mushrooms, garlic to the minced meat.
Step 7
Melt butter in the microwave, sift flour into it, fry until golden brown for 45 seconds at maximum power. Pour in milk, stir, cook for 4-5 minutes at maximum power, add cheese, stir.
Step 8
Take a microwave dish, brush with oil, pour some cheese sauce on the bottom. Dip a plate of lasagna in hot water, place on top of the sauce, on top - a third of the meat sauce, smooth and pour over the cheese sauce. Lay out 2 more layers, pour with cheese sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, bake for 25-30 minutes at 15-20% power and with the grill on, let it brew for 10 minutes.
