Delicious pie made from tender curd dough with pears. For flavor, you can add a little cinnamon to the dough or sprinkle it on ready-made baked goods. Instead of pears, sweet apples are also good for this cake.

  • - 200 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 115 g of butter;
  • - 1 cup of sugar;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 2 pears;
  • - 1 teaspoon of baking powder, vanilla;
  • - icing sugar, cinnamon to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. After that, beat it with a mixer along with sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly with a mixer after each. Then add cottage cheese and vanillin, add the sifted flour and baking powder for the dough. Stir the mixture with a spoon.

Step 2

Rinse fresh pears, cut into slices, carefully remove all seeds. If you use apples, then take red sweet ones, they will also need to be washed and cut into circles. Take a cake or cake pan, put the resulting curd dough into it. From above, stick the circles of pears at the same distance from each other. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 170 degrees.

Step 3

Bake the pear curd pie for 60-70 minutes at the specified temperature. The pie is very aromatic and crispy. It is easy to check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick - it should come out of the center dry, without adhering lumps of dough. Cool it without taking it out of the mold, then sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can sprinkle with cinnamon if you like it. Serve with tea, coffee or milk. Good as a dessert or even a healthy sweet breakfast for a child.
