At first glance, it may seem that making a broccoli and trout roll is difficult. But it is worth finding in your daily routine only half an hour to prepare this dish, and you will have a beautifully decorated appetizer on our table. In addition, this roll perfectly combines healthy cheese, fish and broccoli.
It is necessary
- - 400 g broccoli
- - 100 ml of natural yoghurt
- - 3 eggs
- - 2 tablespoons of bran
- - 200 g cream cheese
- - 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- - dill
- - 200 g smoked trout
Instructions
Step 1
Boil broccoli. Boil it for just a minute. Throw in a colander. Puree the cabbage with a blender.
Step 2
Add egg yolks, natural yogurt, stir. Add oat bran, salt. Stir again.
Step 3
Whisk the egg whites separately. You should get a lush mass. Pour it into the cabbage mixture very gently.
Step 4
Cover the baking sheet with parchment, grease it a little. Spread the broccoli in an even layer. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 5
In the meantime, prepare the filling. Mix curd cheese, finely chopped dill, sour cream. Cut the fish into thin strips.
Step 6
Take out the prepared cabbage sponge cake. Place it on a damp towel. Cover with a clean sheet of parchment.
Step 7
Turn the cake over. Remove the bottom sheet of parchment along with the towel. Immediately wrap the broccoli sponge cake with clean paper in a roll and leave to cool.
Step 8
Expand the cooled roll. Brush the sponge cake with the curd cheese filling over the entire surface. Place the fish slices on top.
Step 9
Roll up again - without paper. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Then cut into slices.
