It is necessary

  • - 250 g of pork;
  • - 50 g bacon;
  • - 1 leek;
  • - 1 tomato;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - parsley, salt, pepper, chili, turmeric, minced meat seasoning.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the leeks, dry, cut off the green part. And cut the stem into pieces 5-7 centimeters long. Next, divide the stem into two-layer tubules. Chop the rest of the stem finely and fry. Rinse fresh parsley, shake off water, chop finely.

Step 2

Cut the meat into pieces, lard too. Then pass the bacon together with the meat through a meat grinder. Pork works better as it is juicier. Add salt, pepper, spices to the minced meat to taste. Add parsley, cooled fried leeks, stir. Spices are best suited for this minced meat: turmeric, chili pepper, universal minced seasoning. But you can also take basil, oregano.

Step 3

Fill the leek tubes with the resulting minced meat. Fry in a skillet on both sides, then add a little water, simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer the appetizer to a plate, place in the microwave and cook until cooked through (about 3-4 minutes).

Step 4

The leek appetizer is ready, garnish with fresh tomato slices and sprigs of parsley or dill. Serve as an appetizer, although due to the presence of minced meat in the dish, it can also be served as a main course for lunch or dinner.
