Everyone loves pizza, no doubt. Mini pizza is no worse, it is also very tasty and aromatic, only it is prepared even easier and faster.
Ingredients:
- about 350 g of ready-made dough (it is better to take puff yeast-free)
- a jar of olives with seeds
- 200 grams of cherry tomatoes
- 200 grams of Dutch cheese
- garlic to taste
- 50 ml mayonnaise
- 30 ml ketchup
- some mustard
- a spoonful of lemon juice
- dry provencal herbs
- a spoonful of olive oil
1. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut into equal square or rectangular portions.
2. Place the dough bases on a greased baking sheet.
3. Mix mustard, ketchup, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Add dried herbs.
4. Brush all mini-pizza bases with the resulting sauce.
5. Put chopped olives and cherry tomatoes in circles on each piece of dough.
6. Sprinkle lemon juice on top of pizza and add chopped garlic to taste.
7. Sprinkle finely grated cheese on top of each mini-pizza.
8. You need to cook mini-pizzas in the oven at a temperature of 170-190 degrees for about half an hour.
