It is necessary

  • For berry pie:
  • - 2 multi-glasses of flour;
  • - 70 g of butter;
  • - 1 ½ multi-glasses of sugar;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • - 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 3 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • - 1 bag of vanillin;
  • - 1 glass of frozen berries.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, read the instructions attached to the multicooker. Pay particular attention to the section on the Baking program. The individual steps for different types of multicooker may differ slightly, but the general principles are the same.

Step 2

Before baking, be sure to prepare the mutivark: wash it, as well as the accessories necessary for cooking. Dry everything with a clean cloth or towel. Then assemble the multicooker with all the components in place.

Step 3

Prepare the dough according to your chosen recipe. Lubricate the inner surface of the removable multicooker bowl with butter or vegetable oil, put the prepared dough into it and smooth the surface. Close the cover until you hear a click.

Step 4

From the "Menu" on the control panel, select the "Baking" program. When the ready light comes on, set the timer. Then, by pressing the "Start" button, start the cooking process.

Step 5

When baking is complete and the multicooker turns off, do not take out the cooked dish right away. Wait a few minutes, let the baked goods cool down a little, then it will not be fragile, and it will not be difficult to remove it from the multicooker bowl.

Step 6

Try to master baking in a slow cooker by making such a simple berry pie.

Start with a test. To do this, sift the flour and mix it in a deep bowl with baking powder. Cut the chilled butter into small cubes, add to the flour mixture and mash thoroughly until a damp crumb forms. Then add a multi-glass of granulated sugar, beat in one egg and knead the dough (it should be soft and elastic). Then wrap the prepared dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 7

Make the pie filling. Rub the curd through a sieve. Make sure there are no lumps. Then add half a multi-glass of granulated sugar, a bag of vanillin, sour cream, beat in an egg and mix all the ingredients very thoroughly until smooth.

Step 8

Line the multicooker bowl with oiled parchment paper. Place the chilled dough on the bottom and form it into a pie with sides about 3 to 4 centimeters high. Put the curd filling on top of the dough, on top of which place the frozen berries. Close the lid of the multicooker hermetically. Set the Baking program and the timer to 60 minutes. Do not take out the cake immediately after the signal about the end of baking. Let it cool completely in the multicooker bowl with the lid closed. In 20-25 minutes the cooled curd mass will absorb the released berry juice and harden slightly. Then carefully remove the finished pie from the multicooker and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
