Wash the onion, peel and chop finely. Next, heat the vegetable oil in a pan, put the onion there and fry it until golden. Then defrost the mushrooms and cut into small cubes, then send them to the skillet with the onions. Pour in some water. Cook them until the liquid evaporates. Peel the cabbage, chop and pour into the total mass. Sprinkle everything with spices and salt, cook for another 8 minutes. Add water and simmer for about 4 minutes. The filling turned out.

Get busy making dough. In a small bowl, combine flour, butter and yeast. Then salt and add sugar, pour over everything with a glass of boiling water. Let the dough steep and start shaping the donuts. Add the filling to each donut. Heat the vegetable oil in a separate skillet and place the donuts in it. Fry them for no more than one minute on both sides. Pour in baking powder, herbs and cheese. Add all the contents of the pan and flour to the finished dough, mix everything carefully.
