Forest mushroom salad is a very tasty and satisfying dish that can be prepared for a festive table. Thanks to the fresh herbs, the salad will amaze you not only with its unique taste, but also with its aroma.
It is necessary
- -800 g chanterelles
- -3 porcini mushrooms
- -1 medium purple onion
- -3 cloves of garlic
- -a small bunch of dill, a sprig of thyme
- - vegetable oil, freshly ground pepper, salt
- -fat sour cream
- -black bread
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the mushrooms in plenty of water, dry, cut large specimens into several parts. Peel and chop the onion, choosing the slicing shape - small diagonal feathers.
Step 2
Heat a small amount of oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat, add the chopped onion, and after 2 minutes add the mushrooms to it and simmer until a liquid forms.
Step 3
Now remove the lid, evaporate the liquid, stirring constantly the contents of the pan. Add a couple more tablespoons of oil, a sprig of thyme and fry the mushrooms until golden brown.
Step 4
Chop the dill as small as possible and place it over the mushrooms, and cook for just 1 minute. Transfer the warm mushrooms to a bowl, sprinkle with dill and season with pepper to taste. Serve with sour cream and black bread.
