- - 250-350 g of any forest mushrooms
- - 100-200 g smoked pork
- - 100-150 g of Frize salad
- - 50-100 g of garlic
- - 50 g fresh ginger
- - 150-200 ml of olive oil
- - 150-200 g of soy sauce
- - 150-250 ml of hot tomato sauce
- - salt
- - black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the mushrooms, cut the large ones into 1 cm thick slices. Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce with finely chopped garlic and ginger. Add mushrooms to the marinade. Marinate for 35-55 minutes.
Step 2
Then remove the mushrooms from the marinade, put on a baking sheet, sprinkle with olive oil, put in an oven heated to 210 degrees. Cook for 13-17 minutes, turning occasionally.
Step 3
In a preheated skillet, fry the pork cut into small slices until it becomes crispy, cover and serve warm to the table.
Step 4
Cut the Frize salad into large pieces, rinse and dry, put on a dish, pour over with hot tomato sauce, put warm mushrooms and pieces of pork on top. Serve with spices.
