- - medium-sized beets -1 pc.;
- - medium-sized carrots -1 pc.;
- - celery stalk -1-2 pcs.;
- - peeled seeds - 30 g;
- - parsley - a few branches;
- - 1/2 pomegranate seeds;
- - 1/2 lemon juice;
- - salt, sugar to taste.
