But the dessert should be light, because if the dinner is too hearty, the dessert may not be touched.

    • for 2 servings of salad:
    • lean ham - 150 g
    • onions - 1 pc
    • walnut kernels - 6 pcs.
    • almonds - 3 tablespoons
    • Brazil nuts - 6 pieces
    • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
    • light mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
    • salt
    • pepper to taste;
    • ingredients for meat:
    • beef pulp - 700 g
    • potatoes - 4 pieces
    • onions - 1pc
    • bell pepper - 2 pieces
    • dill
    • chopped parsley - 1 bunch
    • sour cream - 200 g
    • butter - 4 tablespoons
    • salt
    • pepper - to taste
    • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
    • for dessert for 2 servings:
    • prunes - 1 glass
    • honey - 2 tablespoons
    • cream - 1 glass
    • vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onions, chop, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for 15 minutes. Cut the ham into cubes. Chop large nuts and crush a little. Mix the prepared onion with ham, nuts, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise. Garnish with kernels if desired.

Step 2

Wash the meat thoroughly, dry it, cut into small pieces and fry (7-10 minutes) in vegetable oil until golden brown. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces. Do the same with bell peppers. Chop the peeled onion into rings. In four clay pots, put a teaspoon of butter, pieces of meat, onions, peppers, potatoes, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Top with sour cream, sprinkle with dill, cover and place in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Cool the finished roast a little and serve.

Dissolve honey in a glass of water, pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil, lower the prunes for 2 minutes. Then remove the dried fruits and pour over the cream, whipped with vanilla sugar. Garnish with strawberries if desired.
