It is not always possible to devote a lot of time to cooking. But, even if you have only half an hour at your disposal, creating a delicious lunch will not be difficult even without a microwave oven.
It is necessary
-
- meat - 300 g;
- potatoes - 4 pcs;
- carrots - 1 pc;
- onion - 1 pc;
- loaf - 2 pieces;
- salt to taste;
- vegetable oil.
- For garnish:
- buckwheat - 1 glass;
- water - 2 glasses;
- salt to taste;
- butter.
Instructions
Step 1
If you have a small piece of meat in store for lunch, then you can cook both the first and second courses from it - you just need to add a few vegetables. It doesn't matter what kind of meat you use, the main thing is that it is fresh or thawed in advance. So, wash the meat and cut it into small pieces (this will cook it faster). Pour water into a saucepan and let it boil. Place the meat in a saucepan and cook until half cooked (about twenty minutes).
Step 2
Go through a glass of buckwheat, rinse it thoroughly. Pour boiling water over with two glasses and cook over low heat, covered with a lid, for fifteen minutes.
Step 3
While the broth is preparing, peel three or four potatoes, a small onion, and carrots.
Step 4
Saute onions and carrots in a skillet with unscented vegetable oil. Toast a couple of diced bread slices separately.
Step 5
Add the sliced potatoes to the pot of meat. Let it simmer for about ten minutes. Then add the frying to the soup. Season it with herbs.
Step 6
Remove the buckwheat porridge from the stove. Without opening, let stand for another fifteen minutes. After that, salt it and add a piece of butter, stir.
Step 7
In the remaining time, you can brew tea.
Step 8
Remove meat from soup, sprinkle with seasonings and serve with buckwheat garnish.
Step 9
Pour the soup into bowls. Sprinkle with toasted croutons.
