How to prepare a complete delicious lunch with dessert for your family in just 30 minutes? It’s very simple. It is enough just to stock up on some products and a good mood - because it makes the dishes even tastier.
It is necessary
- Quick soup with fried meat (for 10 persons):
- - 500 g of pork;
- - 4 things. medium potatoes;
- - 1 PC. small onions;
- - 2 pcs. carrots;
- - 1 PC. bell pepper;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste;
- - 100 g of vermicelli or noodles;
- - 1 PC. bay leaf;
- - salt;
- - vegetable oil for frying.
- Salad with tuna and mustard sauce (for 4 persons):
- - 1 bunch of lettuce;
- - 1 bunch of green salad;
- - 1 PC. potatoes;
- - 200 g fresh green beans;
- - 2 pcs. tomato;
- - 1 PC. onions;
- - 200 g can of canned tuna;
- - 2 pcs. fillet of anchovies;
- - 1 PC. cucumber;
- - 2 pcs. eggs;
- - 10 pitted olives;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 2 teaspoons of vinegar;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mustard;
- - salt to taste.
- Whipped cream with prunes (for 2 persons):
- - 200 ml heavy whipping cream;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- - 70 g pitted prunes;
- - 50 g of any nuts;
- - 20 g of chocolate chips.
Instructions
Step 1
A quick soup with grilled meat. Peel the potatoes, cut into strips, pour into a saucepan with salted boiling water. Peel onions, peppers, carrots, cut into strips. Rinse the meat, cut into cubes. Fry in a hot skillet with vegetable oil. Add straws of vegetables, two tablespoons of tomato paste and a little water to the meat. Put it out for a few minutes. Add vermicelli or noodles and stews with vegetables to the pot to the potatoes. Toss in 1 bay leaf for flavor, season with spices if desired. Cook until the noodles or noodles are cooked through.
Step 2
Salad with tuna and mustard sauce. Rinse potatoes, beans and eggs, put in a saucepan, cover with water, add salt to taste and boil.
