It is necessary

  • 1 packet of dry yeast (about 11 gr),
  • 2-3 glasses of premium wheat flour,
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5-1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 glasses of warm water
  • 0.5 cups odorless vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

To begin with, in one container, you need to thoroughly mix the dry ingredients: 1 glass of flour, yeast, salt, sugar. After that, pour in heated water (hot water will brew the yeast, and cold water will not let the dough rise).

Step 2

Add vegetable oil and mix thoroughly again. Knead well again with a whisk or fork, as at this stage the dough will still be thin.

Step 3

Add another 1-2 cups of flour (maybe a little more). Knead until the dough is of such consistency that you can handle it. It must also become elastic. After that, it is better to continue kneading with your hands for about 7-10 minutes, so that the dough is not clogged with flour, it becomes softer and more obedient.

Step 4

Divide the dough into 2 parts and arrange in bags (it is better not to leave a lot of air in the bags, otherwise the dough may not rise) and put in the refrigerator. Surprisingly enough, there it rises perfectly in about 30-60 minutes.

Step 5

The dough prepared according to this recipe is enough for approximately 2 pies. The dough always rises well. If you don't need a lot of dough, you can divide the ingredients, for example, into 2 parts. So, for example, 2 times less dough is enough for one large pizza.

Step 6

There is a small life hack: if you decide to cook, for example, a quick pizza, just divide the recipe in half (1 teaspoon of yeast will be enough). In order not to wait for the dough to rise in the refrigerator, you can put it in the microwave and turn on the defrosting mode for a few minutes (usually from 3 to 5 is enough), there the dough will warm up a little and become softer. Immediately after that, it can be rolled out, laid out all the ingredients for the pizza and baked in the oven at about 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, periodically checking the readiness of the dough in a dry place with a toothpick (it's no secret that the dough is ready when the toothpick remains dry).
