When there is little time to prepare dinner, you can, of course, just cook dumplings or eat a couple of sausages with bread. But, if you make a little effort, then, in the same time, you can prepare a complete, tasty and hot meal. And, importantly, it is also useful.

It is necessary

    • For the first:
    • 1 kg of potatoes;
    • 4-5 st of milk;
    • 3 tbsp butter;
    • 3 stalks of leeks.
    • For refueling:
    • 2 egg yolks and 3/4 cup milk.
    • For the second course (for 4 servings):
    • 100 g bacon or brisket;
    • 100 g grated parmesan;
    • 3 tbsp. l. heavy cream;
    • 3 raw eggs
    • 400 g spaghetti;
    • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil;
    • 2 cloves of garlic;
    • salt
    • ground black pepper
    • For dessert (for 4 servings):
    • 3 pcs. kiwi;
    • 100g seedless red grapes;
    • 2 pcs. orange;
    • 1 can of yogurt;
    • 4 tablespoons sugar (preferably brown)

Instructions

Step 1

First: "Mashed Potato Soup". Peel and wash the onions. Fry it in butter until transparent.

Peel, wash and chop the potatoes into coarse strips. Add it to the onion and mix well.

Then, pour 5 glasses of water, salt and cook for 25-30 minutes.

Rub the potatoes through a sieve or beat with a blender.

Boil the milk, add to the mass and mix everything well.

Before serving, season the soup with butter and egg yolks mixed with hot boiled milk.

This soup can be served with croutons or cornflakes. The cooking time of this wonderful soup, which turns out to be very tasty and nutritious, is 20-25 minutes. Do not forget: a person needs to eat hotter every day.

Step 2

Second: "Spaghetti carbonara". Cut the bacon into small pieces.

Fry the bacon in olive oil for 5 minutes. Then add the butter and mix well.

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until tender.

Mix eggs with cream, add seasoning and whisk. Then add 50g Parmesan to the mixture and stir again.

Remove the bacon from the pan and brown the finely chopped garlic in the fat. Put cooked pasta in it and stir.

Remove skillet from heat, add egg mixture and stir until eggs are curdled. Add bacon and pepper.

Place the spaghetti on a serving plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Step 3

Dessert: "Fruit Salad". Peel and chop 3 kiwi fruits in any shape, but not coarsely.

Tear off the grapes from the branch and wash.

Peel and segment the orange from the film.

In a salad bowl, combine grapes, kiwi and orange.

Divide into portions and spoon yogurt on top.

Sprinkle each serving with a spoonful of sugar and refrigerate before serving.

For such a dessert, you can use absolutely any fruit.
