It is necessary

    • 500 gr. zucchini;
    • 1 chicken breast;
    • 5 eggs;
    • 3 medium potatoes;
    • 1 carrot;
    • 1 onion;
    • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
    • 100 g sour cream;
    • green onions
    • dill;
    • salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken breast in running water, place it in a pot of water and put it on fire. As soon as the water boils and foam appears, drain the water and rinse the meat under running water. Pour clean water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, put the washed chicken breast into it. Cook over medium heat until cooked through. Then place on a plate and chill slightly. Cut the breast into small cubes.

Step 2

Boil 5 eggs. Cool the boiled eggs in cold water and peel the shell. Cut the eggs into cubes.

Step 3

Wash the potatoes and carrots and boil them in the skins. Then cool and clean. Cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes.

Peel the zucchini and rinse under water. Cut them into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop finely. Take a deep frying pan and heat two tablespoons of sunflower oil on it. Place the chopped onion in hot oil and fry until golden brown. Then lay out the sliced zucchini and fry them over low heat until half cooked. Add sour cream to the zucchini, close the pan with a lid and simmer for another 7-10 minutes.

Rinse green onions and dill under running water. Chop the herbs finely.

Take a deep salad bowl. Place in it the fried zucchini in sour cream, chopped potatoes, carrots, eggs and chicken breast. Add chopped greens. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir the salad gently until all the vegetables are in shape.
