- To prepare the filling:
- - 0.5 kg of cottage cheese,
- - 1 egg,
- - 2 tbsp. l. Sahara,
- - 1 bag of vanillin.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs, mix with sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, mayonnaise and baking powder. We continue to whisk. Pour in flour to make the dough a little thicker than sour cream.
Step 2
Pour the dough onto a preheated baking sheet, pre-greased with butter.
Step 3
We spread the filling on the dough: knead the cottage cheese with a fork so that it is free of lumps, grind it with sugar and an egg, add vanillin. We put in the oven for 40 minutes at 150-180 degrees.
