Chocolate cheesecake is a dessert that is not very difficult to prepare. However, it looks quite unusual. And the taste of this delicacy is simply amazing.

- - 200 g sour cream
- - 160 g flour
- - 4 teaspoons of cocoa
- - 50 g butter
- - half a teaspoon of baking soda

- - 30 g semolina
- - a teaspoon of vanilla sugar

Step 1
Prepare the dough. To do this, break 2 eggs into a cup, add sugar - 150 g, a pinch of salt. Stir.

Add sour cream. Place softened butter here. Stir.

Add sifted flour, baking soda, cocoa. Stir again. The consistency of the resulting dough should resemble thick sour cream.
Step 4
Next, prepare the filling. Mash cottage cheese with a fork, add 3 eggs. Stir.

Add sugar - 100 g, vanilla sugar, semolina to the filling, mix. Whisk with a hand blender until smooth.
Step 6
Line a baking dish with foil. Lay out the chocolate dough first. Then carefully place the curd mass in the center of the cheesecake.
Step 7
Place the mold in the oven. Turn it on 180 degrees, bake for 40 minutes. The dough will turn out to be a little springy. Remove the cheesecake from the oven. Take it out of the mold, leave to cool on the wire rack. The chocolate cheesecake is ready.
