Instructions
Step 1
First, put the following ingredients in a saucepan: dark chocolate, broken into wedges, along with butter. After placing this mixture on the stove, melt, stirring occasionally with a spoon, until a mass whose consistency is uniform.
Step 2
Enter kefir, 2 whole eggs, as well as one raw egg white and granulated sugar into the resulting chocolate-creamy mass. Mix everything thoroughly until you get a mixture with a uniform consistency.
Step 3
In a separate deep bowl, combine the following: wheat flour, baking powder, cocoa and baking soda. Mix everything properly.
Step 4
Mix the resulting dry mixture with the chocolate-creamy one. This will create a smooth dough for the chocolate cheesecake muffins. Fill the prepared molds with them, but not completely, but only two-thirds.
Step 5
Combine cottage cheese with one raw egg yolk and granulated sugar. Stir the mixture well to create a filling for the chocolate cheesecake muffins. Place it in the center of the dough in the mold. The edges of future baked goods should not be covered with filling.
Step 6
Bake the dish at an oven temperature of 175 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Chocolate cheesecake muffins are ready!
