It is necessary

    • 1 kg fish fillet;
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil;
    • 4 pickled cucumbers;
    • 2 large onions;
    • 1 glass of sour cream;
    • 3/4 cup tomato sauce
    • ground black pepper;
    • salt;
    • large clay pot or 4-6 small ones;
    • oven.

Instructions

Step 1

The fish is cooked in the oven at 200 ° C. The oven will have time to warm up while you cook the ingredients.

Step 2

Chop the onion finely. Fry it in a skillet until golden brown. Any vegetable oil can be used.

Step 3

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Combine with onions and place in an earthen pot or evenly spread over small pots. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour water over the contents of the pots so that it slightly covers the layer of potatoes and onions. Close the pots and place them in a preheated oven for a quarter of an hour.

Step 4

Prepare fish fillets. Cut it into about the same chunks as the potatoes. Cut the cucumbers, preferably into thin slices. Put all this in pots on top of the products already there. You don't need to stir anything. Add sour cream and tomato sauce. If there is no water left, you can add a little. Put the pots back in the oven and simmer for another quarter of an hour.

Step 5

After the dish is ready, you need to add greens to it. Chop the dill and parsley finely. Pour the mixture into the pots. Fresh greens are preferable, since it is almost always available in modern hypermarkets. If suddenly for some reason it is not on sale, you can use dried, but the taste will be slightly different.
