Fish in a pot is a delicious and very beautiful dish that is suitable even for a festive table. And it is also a very healthy treat, because fish cooked in this way retains all vitamins and practically does not require the addition of oil.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg fillet of sea fish;
- - 2 carrots;
- - 2 heads of onions;
- - 1 kg of potatoes;
- - ½ lemon;
- - 1 st. spoons of dill and parsley;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil;
- - 1, 2 liters of water.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the fish fillets, cut into small pieces of the same size. Season with salt and pepper, pour with lemon juice and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and chop the onions and carrots. Fry them in vegetable oil and place in pots. Add peeled and cut potatoes there.
Step 3
Salt everything, fill with water, cover the pots with a lid and put in a cold oven. Simmer for 20-30 minutes at 180 ° C.
Step 4
After the allotted time, add pieces of marinated fish fillets to the pots, sprinkle with herbs and bake for another 20 minutes. Cool the finished dish a little and serve directly in the pots.
