  • - onion 150 g
  • - carrots 150 g
  • - mayonnaise or sour cream
  • - salt and pepper

Step 1

Finely chop the onion into cubes.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Any fish fillet can be taken: pike perch, pink salmon, tilapia, pangasius, etc. The meat should be rinsed, if necessary, and cut into small pieces. The fish can be marinated for 15-20 minutes. To do this, sprinkle it with lemon juice, add pepper and salt, as well as seasoning for fish.

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices or small pieces.

Put some potatoes at the very bottom of the pot, add salt and pepper on top.
