Fish with vegetables in a potato pot is an original dish that can turn an everyday dinner into a holiday. You can make one "plate" or several "pots" from potatoes.

Instructions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water and mash them with butter, one egg and a little salt. Grease a baking dish with olive oil or butter and gently lay out the mashed potatoes in such a way that "sides" are formed. It is better to choose a container as deep as possible.
Step 2
Grease the surface of the workpiece with an egg and bake the dish in the oven for 15-20 minutes until a crust forms. Prepare vegetables and fish separately.
Step 3
Cut the fish fillets into small pieces and fry in olive oil. While frying, add salt, black pepper, chopped garlic, chopped bell peppers and tomatoes to the contents of the pan. Bring the mixture to readiness.
Step 4
