One of the most common ways to cook fish quickly is to bake it in the oven. If you add stewed vegetables to it, you get an incredibly tasty dish that will be light and not greasy. Especially it will be appreciated by those gourmets who like not only to eat deliciously, but also not to gain extra calories.

- - fish fillet 600 g
- - sweet pepper 2 pcs.
- - onions 2 pcs.
- - tomatoes 3 pcs.
- - 3 cloves garlic
- - vegetable oil 0.5 cups
- - vinegar (3%) 3 tbsp. spoons
- - cumin seeds (optional) 1 tsp
- - ground paprika 2 tbsp. spoons
- - red and black ground pepper
- - salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fish into small portions, pour with lemon juice, sprinkle with fish spices, as well as salt and pepper. Leave the fillet for 20 minutes.
Step 2
We prepare vegetables: cut the onion into large half rings, cut the tomato into strips, and chop the garlic finely or pass through a press. Remove the skin from the tomato. To do this, pour boiling water over them, and then cut them into small slices.
Step 3
Fry all vegetables in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes. Add cumin seeds, salt and pepper to them, as well as half a glass of water. Simmer the contents of the pan until half cooked under a closed lid for about 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
Put the pickled fish fillets on a baking sheet, and vegetables on top. We bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees. Cooking time is about 30 minutes.
Step 5
Decorate the finished fish with vegetables with herbs and serve. Rice or boiled potatoes are suitable for a side dish.
