It is necessary
- - 250 g salmon fillet;
- - 200 g fillet of pike perch or pollock;
- - 2 bell peppers;
- - zucchini;
- - 7-10 cherry tomatoes;
- - 10 pitted olives;
- - 150 g broccoli;
- - salt to taste;
- - lemon;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 6 peas of allspice.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix lemon juice, olive oil and allspice in a separate container. Let the marinade sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the pre-washed fish fillets into small cubes. Place in a deep bowl, add salt and pour over the marinade. Leave it on for 20 minutes, stirring the pieces very gently from time to time.
Step 3
While the fish is marinating, wash the vegetables. Cut the zucchini and bell pepper into cubes. String the fish on skewers soaked in water, alternating with tomatoes, olives, cubes of zucchini and bell pepper.
Step 4
Place the fish on skewers in a double boiler, add broccoli blossoms to it, drizzle with the remaining marinade and cook for about 20 minutes. Serve with chopped herbs.
