To do this, place the eggs and sugar in a bowl and place it in a saucepan of boiling water, while the bottom of the bowl should not wobble. Beat the mixture into a strong foam. Remove the bowl from the pan and continue whisking until the mixture has cooled. Add salt, flour, melted butter and mix well.
