It is necessary

  • - chicken carcass;
  • - 250 ml of water;
  • - 15 chestnuts;
  • - 30 ml of vodka;
  • - 2 onions;
  • - 5 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 teaspoon of potato starch, sugar;
  • - fresh dill, ginger.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken, chop into portions, put in a deep saucepan, add soy sauce, pour in vodka, leave aside for 20 minutes. During this time, the chicken will marinate and become fragrant.

Step 2

While you can peel the chestnuts, put them in a deep plate, pour boiling water over them. Set aside.

Step 3

Fry the chicken pieces in vegetable oil until golden brown, then add a little water, cover and simmer for 30 minutes over moderate heat.

Step 4

Pour olive oil into another skillet. Peel the onion, cut into smaller pieces, put in a skillet, fry it, add the soy sauce, in which the chicken was marinated, and ginger to taste. Pour in 50 ml of water, add sugar, bring to a boil, pour into a bowl to the chicken and continue to simmer for another 20 minutes over low heat.

Step 5

Add chestnuts, potato starch, diluted with water. Simmer for a couple of minutes over low heat. The chicken stewed with chestnuts in olive oil is ready, serve the dish, sprinkled with plenty of fresh dill. Boiled rice or potatoes are well suited as a side dish for chicken.
