    • pasta - 400 g;
    • truffles - 2 mushrooms or truffle paste - 2 tablespoons;
    • truffle oil (olive) - 4 tablespoons;
    • butter - 2 tablespoons;
    • cream or sour cream - 1 tbsp.;
    • salt.

Step 1

The ingredients include truffle oil, which can be found in grocery stores. But it is very expensive. Although, in general, it is not too different from sunflower oil. Only has a characteristic aroma of artificial or natural content and an earthy aftertaste.

At home, oil with truffle is quite simple to prepare. Just keep in mind that it does not store the mushroom smell for long, and is also very susceptible to botulinum toxins. Because truffles in an airless environment are the ideal environment for germs.

Peel the truffle thoroughly and cut it into pieces. Then place in a bottle of neutral-tasting vegetable oil. It can be refined sunflower oil. And the best and most useful is the olive product. Place the bottle of filled oil in a dark place. Let it infuse for one week and acquire the desired taste.
