- - 5 eggs
- - 380 g granulated sugar
- - 100 ml of water
- - 180 g butter
- - 50 g dark chocolate
- - 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- - 1 tbsp. l. cognac
- - 100 ml of milk
- - 25 g cocoa powder

Step 1
Prepare the dough. Separate the whites from the yolks first. Whisk the whites with the granulated sugar until white. Then combine the whites with the yolks. Add starch and flour, mix everything well until smooth.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with butter and flour, lay out the dough and smooth over the surface. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Take out the biscuit, leave it to cool, and then leave it to stand for 8-10 hours.
Step 3
Make a syrup. Pour 100 g of granulated sugar with water, put on low heat and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool.
Step 4
Prepare the cream. Combine milk and egg, add cocoa powder and stir. Add 160 g of granulated sugar and cook on a small one, bring to a boil, boil for another 5-7 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Whisk the butter, add the vanilla sugar and mix with the milk mass until smooth. Add cognac.
Step 5
Cut the biscuit into two cakes. Saturate each crust with syrup and cream, and stack. Grease the sides of the cake liberally. Grate the chocolate and sprinkle on the cake. Refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
