This Raw Chocolate Truffle Cake is made with just four ingredients and is very simple to prepare. Nevertheless, the cake is obtained with a pronounced chocolate taste, dense consistency, does not require cream, you can decorate it with chocolate icing.
It is necessary
- - carob - 0.3 glasses;
- - peeled sunflower seeds - 2.5 cups;
- - coconut or cocoa butter - 2 tablespoons;
- - banana - 3 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
For a glass in this recipe, a container with a volume of 250 ml is taken.
Take peeled sunflower seeds, unroasted and unsalted, and grind them not too finely with a coffee grinder. Place the crushed seeds in a bowl.
Step 2
Choose very ripe bananas, usually medium in size. You can take the smallest varieties of fragrant and sweet bananas, but keep in mind that you will need twice as many of them. Peel bananas and rub in
mashed potatoes.
Step 3
Place the banana puree in a bowl of prepared seeds. Add raw unroasted carob and melted butter to this. Stir the mixture thoroughly to distribute the oil evenly.
Step 4
Take plastic wrap and place it in a small mold, covering the bottom and sides. Put the chocolate dough into the prepared mold, level it and put it in the freezer for 2 - 3 hours.
Step 5
After the indicated amount of time, turn the raw chocolate truffle cake onto a platter and refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes, after which the cake can be cut into portions.
