  • - sugar - 130 grams;
  • - strong coffee - 50 milliliters;
  • - four eggs.

Step 1

First, fry the hazelnuts, then grind it into flour.

Heat dark chocolate in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add butter, sugar, let this mixture melt properly, pour in coffee. Remove from heat, cool.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites until soft peaks. Add the yolks to the chocolate-butter mixture and mix gently. Add chopped hazelnuts, add egg whites, stir.
