  • - 125 g of any small pasta (letter pasta can be used for children),
  • - 3 eggs,
  • - 1 lemon,
  • - 1 small onion,
  • - 1 medium carrot,
  • - 0.5 cups a mixture of chopped dill and parsley,
  • - 3 bay leaves,
  • - 0.5 cups of green peas,
  • - lemon wedges for decoration.

Instructions

Step 1

We cook the broth in a large saucepan over a decoction of homemade chicken meat. Don't bother to get chicken from the market, broiler poultry will not give the desired aroma and taste. Do not salt, just add bay leaves.

Step 2

Add pasta to the boiling broth, cook for 5 minutes or follow the instructions on the package. Beat eggs in a bowl until foamy, add lemon juice and 1 tbsp. l. cold water. Stirring gradually, add two scoops of hot broth. Pour the mixture back into the pot, simmer over very low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3
