Eggs are a source of many nutrients and easily digestible proteins. Chicken eggs are very easy to prepare and are an ingredient in a wide variety of dishes. Egg salad with lemon and fresh herbs is very tasty and aromatic.

- - 8 large eggs;
- - 80 ml of mayonnaise;
- - 30 ml of lemon juice;
- - a tablespoon of Dijon mustard;
- - a few sprigs of fresh herbs (you can use mint, basil or oregano);
- - salt to taste;
- - a pinch of ground black pepper.

Step 1
Eggs need to be boiled hard and allowed to cool, and chop the greens.
Step 2
In a small cup, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cut the cooled eggs into small pieces and mix with a fragrant dressing and fresh herbs.
Step 4
The finished dish can be served immediately, or by chilling it a little in the refrigerator. If you have a small rye loaf, you can cut it in half, remove the crumb, and fill the bread with salad instead.
