- For the second recipe (for 3 pots):
- • potatoes - 1 kg;
- • meat 300 - gr;
- • carrots - 1 pc;
- • onions - 2 pcs;
- • milk - 150 ml;
- • butter - 60 g;

- For the third recipe:
- • instant wheat porridge (in bags) - 2 packages;
- • canned meat - 1 can;
- • carrots - 1 pc;
- • onion - 1 pc;
- • butter - 100 g;
- • salt
- pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Recipe 1. "Fish puff cake".
• Wash and rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
• Peel and dice the onion.
• Saute the onions and carrots in butter. Cool it down. Season with salt and pepper, add 1 tbsp. mayonnaise and mix well.
• Put the pink salmon out of the jar on a plate, peel. Mash with a fork, adding the juice from the jar where the fish was. Add 1 tbsp. mayonnaise and stir well.
• Cut the tomato into rings.
• Place the first crust on a platter or cutting board. Spread the fish mass on it - this is the first layer.
• Place the second layer on the fish. Lay the sautéed vegetables evenly on it (leave 1 tablespoon to decorate the cake) - this is the second layer.
• Place the next crust on top of the vegetables. Spread the curd cheese on it (leave 1 tablespoon of cheese for decoration), and put the chopped tomato on top of it - this is the third layer.
• Place the fourth cake layer. Spread 1 tbsp of cheese on top of the cake, spread the sautéed vegetables on it and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
• Tighten the cake with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
• Cut the finished cake into pieces.
Step 2
Recipe 2. Potatoes in a Pot • Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
• Wash, peel and grate carrots.
• Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
• Fry vegetables in butter until golden brown.
• Cut the meat into squares.
• At the bottom of the pot, put 30 g of butter, some sautéed vegetables. Salt.
• Place the meat in the next layer.
• Put potatoes on top of the meat, almost to the neck of the pot, and salt. Add the sautéed vegetables. Pour in 50 ml milk and a spoonful of mayonnaise.
• Place the pots in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1, 2-1, 5 hours.
• Salted gherkin is perfect for such delicious potatoes.
Step 3
Recipe 3. "Porridge for real men."
• Peel and rub the carrots on a fine grater.
• Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
• Fry vegetables in butter, add a can of stew. Cover and keep on low heat for 10 minutes.
• Cook 2 bags of porridge in salted water.
• Add cooked porridge to delicious and nutritious roasted porridge.
