The easiest and most well-known way out is noodles, mashed potatoes or instant soup. Such food can rightfully be called "fast" - I opened the pack, poured boiling water over it, and in five minutes you were already eating it on both cheeks. But can such food be called complete? Hardly. These "snacks" should not be overused, even if you really like them. Remember, your stomach may have different preferences than yours. It requires vitamins, trace minerals, fiber, and a healthy balance of protein, fat and carbohydrates.

However, what are we doing? Having abandoned the "scourge package", as the people call instant noodles, we go to the "public catering" - eateries, where we push in ourselves hamburgers and French fries, washing it down with cola. Fast? More than. You don't even need boiling water here - just stand in line, and in the queue you can still devote yourself to work (looking through, for example, your business plan) without wasting time. But if you go to such establishments, be sure to pay attention to what the sandwich that you eat is made of. And remember: hamburger hamburger strife. Visit several of these places and choose the one that suits your stomach more.

If neither the first nor the second option suits you, you go to the supermarket, buy food and, when you come home, sit down at the table, with all this wealth in your arms, thinking: how can you make a quick meal from this? The principle is this: cook a lot, then reheat. Nowadays, you won't surprise anyone with microwaves, they are both at home and at work. Therefore, we choose products that can last for a long time. We choose fresh products. They can be used to cook any dish that is not heated for long. For example, bake a pizza, cut it into chunks and store it in the fridge, and surprise your coworkers the next day with your cooking skills.

You can go the other way. Instead of a ready-made dish, make blanks. Refrigerators in the workplace are also not uncommon. You can buy some butter, mayonnaise, sour cream or some sauce and leave it all at work. At home, you make a preparation: for example, for a Caesar salad, cut the salad, take a bag of breadcrumbs, boil and cut the chicken meat. All this can be taken to work and left there in the refrigerator. You can team up with colleagues and make many blanks for a variety of salads. This way you will have your own buffet at work: during the break, everyone will take a little of what they need and get a full salad.

If the term "fast food" is understood by you in the most general sense (that is, you are not preoccupied with the problem of snacks at work, but in principle you want to cook quickly), then you need to choose those recipes where you do not need an oven, or a long cooking, or complex manipulations with the dough, no wrapping, say, rice in grape leaves, no doses of seasoning weighing up to a tenth of a milligram. Boil potatoes and serve with sauerkraut; stir cooked rice with canned fish; cut tomatoes and cucumbers and season with sour cream … And remember: the main thing is to eat in a good mood, then your stomach will be satisfied.
