Beets are one of the most popular root vegetables in our kitchen. Beets, rich in vitamins, macro- and microelements, are very useful for our body. Beet juice, in turn, in addition to the general strengthening effect, has the ability to remove toxins from the body. But, since this is a rather strong drink in its biological properties, it should be taken in a diluted form. As a rule, it is diluted with either water or other vegetable and fruit juices.

- 1 juicer
- or fine grater
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and peel the beets.
Step 2
Cut into 4 wedges.
Step 3
Pass the beets through a juicer.
Step 4
If you don't have a juicer, rub the beets through a very fine grater. Then squeeze the beet mass through several layers of cheesecloth. The juice yield will be approximately 2 times less.
Step 5
Place the finished beetroot juice in the refrigerator so that it stands for 2 hours.
Step 6
Dilute beet juice in the recommended proportions and enjoy.
