It is necessary

  • For four servings:
  • - 400 g soft cottage cheese;
  • - 150 7 flour with baking powder;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - half a glass of raisins;
  • - half a glass of candied orange fruits;
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of ground almonds;
  • - vanillin, butter, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Separate the egg whites and beat until frothy.

Step 2

Mix separately cottage cheese, egg yolks, sugar, salt, vanillin. Mix everything with a mixer, add chopped almonds, raisins, zest, candied fruits, mix again. You can take not only candied orange fruits - choose for yourself.

Add flour and baking powder to a bowl.

Step 4

Combine the whipped egg whites with the curd mixture.

Step 5

Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Grease the bottom and edges of a baking dish with butter, add the curd mass, remove to bake.

The cake should become rosy, more fluffy. You need to bake it for about 40 minutes, but still make sure that the cake is ready yourself (all ovens cook differently). Pierce the pie with a thin knife - if there are no sticky dough pieces left on it, then the pie is ready.

Remove the dish from the oven, shake it a little, turn it over onto a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
