Ingredients:

  • fresh shrimp - 400 g;
  • potatoes - 100 g;
  • fresh tomato - 1 pc;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Ingredients for dressing:

  • classic ketchup - 30 g;
  • provencal mayonnaise - 150 g;
  • liquid processed cheeses - 100 g;
  • fat cream - 50 ml;
  • fresh or pickled garlic - 1 clove

Preparation:

  1. Boil unpeeled shrimps in salted water. Then cool instantly in cold water and peel off the shell. If necessary, cut large shrimp lengthwise from head to tail. In order for the shrimps to keep their shape, it is recommended to additionally hold them in chilled water with ice.
  2. Boil eggs and potatoes using the same principle.
  3. Cut the washed tomatoes into four slices, remove all the pulp with a spoon, otherwise it will make the salad runny.
  4. To create a dressing, add ketchup, processed cheeses, cream, crushed or finely chopped garlic to mayonnaise. Beat well with a fork or blender. You should make an airy creamy sauce.
  5. Chop the fourth part of the shrimp into a medium dice and add them to the air mass of the dressing.
  6. Lay out the salad in layers. Put ½ part of the shrimp in an even layer on the bottom of the salad bowl. Lay boiled potatoes on top of the shrimp, peeled and chopped into small cubes. Put chopped tomato in the third layer. Grate the main part of the cheese through a coarse grater, put it next to the tomato.
  7. Top with crumbled eggs and season with salad. Garnish with cheese slices and shrimp wedges.

Cool the salad a little in the refrigerator and can be served.
